Returns

All purchases of items from Wiradjuri Art are final, and returns will only be accepted if the item is faulty. Change of mind once the item is received is not grounds for a refund.

There are no refunds under any circumstances on prints that have been custom ordered (all prints are custom ordered unless otherwise stated as "ready to ship"), or on custom ordered prints that have been stretched and framed. We strongly recommend customers purchase shipping insurance for their custom prints that have been stretched & framed.

To be eligible for a return on a faulty item, you must email enquiries@owenlyonsart.com within 7 days of receipt of the item to advise of the fault, and include a photograph of the fault. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase to refer to the order number.

The cost of shipping the faulty item return is at the expense of the customer.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Wiradjuri Art is not responsible for any damages sustained during the shipping or courier process. Customers can request insurance on their purchases before shipping, and customers will be invoiced for the shipping insurance on items purchased before the items are dispatched.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. These are any individually ordered art prints. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and apply the refund.
